The Eldomix 100 and 600 are solvent-free, compact gear metering and mixing systems capable of handling various low to medium viscosity multi-component materials, such as epoxy resins, polyurethanes, or polysiloxanes, fed through material pressure tanks. Special configurations are also available for processing high viscosity materials.

Pressure vessels are used to supply materials to gear pumps, which proportion the materials at pre-selected ratios under the drive of a three-phase asynchronous motor. All gear pumps with standard configurations feature overpressure protection.
The Eldomix system is equipped with a touchscreen computer, a 2K valve, and disposable static mixing tubes. When the mixed material in the mixing tube solidifies, the tube can be easily replaced, offering a simple operation, low cost, and time-saving process. There's no need to flush the mixing tube, thus preventing environmental pollution.
