Ladomix is a compact, mobile dosing and mixing system, available with gear or plunger pumps. Ladomix G-SF is a gear dosing system; Ladomix P-SF is a plunger metering system. Both are suitable for handling solvent-free, multi-component materials with mixing ratios ranging from 100:100 to 100:10. Ladomix V-SB is used for materials requiring solvent addition.
Ladomix G-SF Function
Feeds material using a 60L container, automatically filling through a standard vacuum suction gun or an optional filling pump. Sensors control the liquid level. A gear pump driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor installed in the pressure tank ensures precise output. All standard gear pumps come with overpressure protection. Ladomix G-SF is controlled by a touch screen quantitative computer. The machine is equipped with a static mixing system featuring a 2K valve and a disposable static mixing tube. The mixing tube can be replaced promptly when the mixed material solidifies, offering a simple operation process, low cost, time-saving, and environmental protection as no rinsing of the mixing tube is required.
