System
Experience shows that most mixer failures are caused by excessive torque at the driving end of the mixer tube, so the monitoring equipment is located in the area between the middle of the mixer tube and the oil inlet. This system monitors the rotation of the mixer components within the mixing tube through pulse measurements. If this pulse is missing, it typically indicates that the mixing component is damaged, in which case, the system will trigger an alarm. Additionally, the system can also be used for speed monitoring.

Assembled
The installation is similar to that of a standard mixing pipe assembly:
Install mixed tube with connector to the valve outlet
Push the sensor into place, positioning the mounting bracket above the mixing tube, and then secure it to the adapter with screws.
The sensor can be adjusted along the longitudinal axis within its mounting bracket's adjustment area to position it more optimally relative to the mixer components.
