The Derui supply pump is a bidirectional reciprocating pump that can directly extract monocomponent materials with a viscosity of up to 5 million mPa s from raw material drums, such as lubricants, oils, adhesives, sealants, polyurethane, silicone, etc.
The Derui pneumatic plunger pump can be used for centralized feeding as well as single station feeding. The Derui pneumatic plunger pump features modular design and automatic fault prevention, making maintenance extremely convenient.

Level Monitoring
The integrated control unit ensures that the pump does not draw in air when the material drum is empty. The pump will automatically shut off when the liquid level is low. An audible alarm will sound when the material drum is empty.

Disk-type Plunger Pump
Pressure plate pneumatic plunger pumps are used for handling high viscosity materials. The pressure plate is made of aluminum, steel, or cast iron.
The drum is equipped with an elastic scraper for effectively cleaning the inner wall of the material drum during use. The scraper can be adjusted according to the diameter of the material drum.
