Pressure regulators are used to reduce the input pressure of materials to the required operating pressure. In addition to accurately adjusting the pressure of materials, pressure regulators can also offset pressure fluctuations caused by the interaction of plunger pumps. These pressure fluctuations can cause a temporary drop in pressure and slightly reduce the flow rate of materials. If the required amount of extrusion (oil) is low, this may affect product quality, especially for applications where complete consistency in extrusion (oil) quantity is crucial. DePai pressure regulators can be used for materials with viscosities ranging from 5000 to 500,000 mPa s, and come in two different structures:
Piston-type pressure regulating valve
This type of pressure reducing valve is suitable for handling greases, lubricating oils, as well as single-component and multi-component silicones. The internal space is sealed by a spring-loaded sealing ring.Diaphragm Pressure Regulator
Most types of pressure-reducing valves are suitable for active materials sensitive to humidity. Due to the use of tungsten alloy in the ball valve and seat, they are also applicable to materials with abrasive properties, such as epoxy resin, polyurethane, and other materials. The internal valve space is sealed with a spring-loaded seal ring.
