Over-dimensional equipment (cargo) refers to cargo with dimensions exceeding vehicle boundary standards; over-weight equipment (cargo) refers to the total weight of the vehicle exceeding the designed live load on the bridge. Large-scale thermal power generating equipment includes generators (stators, rotors), boiler drums, water-cooled walls, deaerator tanks, high and low-pressure heaters, large beam girders, etc.; large-scale hydroelectric generating equipment includes turbines, upper and lower machine frames, rotors, stators, main shafts, seat rings, guide water mechanisms, gate opening machines, as well as main transformers, power station transformers, interconnection transformers, reactors, and high-voltage electrical equipment, all of which are over-dimensional or over-weight equipment. Transporting any of the above equipment (cargo) is also known as oversized cargo transport.
Large items refer to those that meet one of the following criteria:
1. Length greater than 14 meters (including 14 meters) and less than 20 meters;
Width greater than 3.5 meters (including 3.5 meters) and less than 4.5 meters.
3. Height greater than 3 meters (including 3 meters) and less than 3.8 meters.
4. Weight over 20 tons (including 20 tons) and less than 100 tons.
(II) A second-level large item refers to one that meets any of the following criteria:
1. Length over 20 meters (including 20 meters) and less than 30 meters.
2. Width greater than 4.5 meters (including 4.5 meters) and less than 5.5 meters;
3. Height over 3.8 meters (including 3.8 meters) and less than 4.4 meters;
4. Weights exceeding 100 tons (including 100 tons) and less than 200 tons.
(3) A three-level large item refers to one that meets any of the following criteria:
Length greater than 30 meters (including 30 meters) but less than 40 meters.
2. Width greater than 5.5 meters (including 5.5 meters) and less than 6 meters;
3. Height over 4.4 meters (including 4.4 meters) and less than 5 meters.
4. Over 200 tons (including 200 tons) and under 300 tons.
(4) A four-level large item refers to any item that meets one of the following criteria:
1. Length of 40 meters or more
2. Width of 6 meters or more
3. Height of 5 meters or above;
4. Over 300 tons in weight.
