Energy Reporting System:

Key energy-consuming units will implement real-time online monitoring of comprehensive energy consumption, consumption of major energy-consuming varieties, energy consumption of secondary energy-consuming units, and energy efficiency of main processes (equipment/products) through the construction of energy consumption online monitoring systems. These systems will stabilize the upload of data to the provincial energy consumption online monitoring platform. Each key energy-consuming unit will upload relevant indicators in accordance with the requirements of the energy consumption online monitoring data collection guidelines. The construction of the energy consumption online monitoring system assists in completing the design, manufacturing, supply, installation, debugging, operation, and training for the transformation, and meets the technical requirements of the energy consumption online monitoring system.

Energy consumption monitoring devices are designed to adapt to the various conditions that may exist in key energy-consuming units.

Support data retrieval from on-site instruments: via Modbus (GB/T19582), DL/T645, and CJ/T188 protocols, from the on-site

Real-time energy consumption data required for instrument collection is aggregated to generate the reported energy consumption data.

(2) Supports data retrieval from data collectors: Acquire real-time energy consumption data from data collectors via standard communication protocols such as Modbus TCP (GB/T19582), MQTT, HTTPS, and compile the data into reportable energy consumption statistics.

(3) Supports data acquisition from automated information systems: Through OPC (OLE for Process Control, a protocol for process control based on OLE), collects real-time energy consumption data from the automated information systems of key energy-consuming units, and summarizes it to generate the reported energy consumption data.

(4) Support manual data entry: For data that is not eligible for online collection, a manual data entry upload option should be provided.

(5) The energy consumption online monitoring terminal equipment should provide a software configuration tool for data access, supporting a software configuration interface for the aforementioned multiple communication protocols. After configuration, the energy consumption online monitoring terminal equipment can run data access execution modules based on SQL, OPC, Modbus, DL/T645, and CJ/T188 protocols. According to the configured rules, it should regularly retrieve data from data collection points, send it to the data processing module for necessary calculations, generate data that meets the specification requirements, and then send it to the data upload module for encoding and uploading.
