Method Principle: This method employs a large-bore white spirit capillary column and is detected with a hydrogen flame ionization detector.

Features: Compared to packed columns, it offers higher separation ability, faster separation speed, and better inertness; compared to small-bore capillary columns, it has a larger column capacity, is less demanding of sample injection techniques, and can avoid the discriminatory effect caused by分流.
