Method Principle: The method employs a chromatographic column and utilizes a hydrogen flame ionization detector for quantification. Ethyl butyrate is used as an internal standard to determine the alcohol and ester content in spirits.
Analyze Components: Ethyl acetate, n-Propyl alcohol, sec-Butanol, Ethyl methyl ketone, isobutanol, n-Butanol, Butyl acetate, isopentanol, Pentyl acetate, Lactate ethyl, Hexyl acetate, Hydrocarbons.
