
Overview
Welding fixtures for plywood series are primarily used for flat plate butt joints in carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum, and their alloys. They can be equipped with TIG, MIG/MAG, PAW, SAW, and other welding processes, achieving double-sided shaping with single-sided welding. The equipment features a novel structure, reliable and efficient welding process, and all control procedures are conducted via a touch screen and PLC control.



Process Features
● Suitable for assembly and welding of medium-thin plate materials with thickness ranging from 2-10mm.
● Utilizing a piano key clamping method, offers excellent heat dissipation during welding, minimizes workpiece deformation, and ensures high-quality welding.
● Achieve double-sided forming with single-sided welding through padding, and achieve the best surface quality with front and back protection.
● Suitable for TIG, MIG.PAW, SAW and other welding processes.
● Weldable carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, etc.
