Overview

The MMA-90L automatic steel plate beveller is a multi-angle beveller that can process bevels at any angle within the 0-90° range. It can mill burrs off the vertical faces of steel plates, remove material defects, and achieve smoother vertical surfaces. Additionally, it can bevel on the horizontal surface of steel plates, completing flat bevelling tasks for composite panels. This model of beveller is a full-angle beveller, suitable for shipyards, pressure vessels, aerospace, and other applications requiring 110-degree bevels, 1:8 bevels, and 1-6 bevels.

Process Features

The bevel angle range can be adjusted broadly, from 0 to 90 degrees.

We can handle various beveling operations, including 110-degree bevels (1:10 slope), 19-degree bevels: 18-degree bevels (1:8 slope), and more.

The holding plate thickness ranges from 8 to 60mm, capable of performing beveling operations at any angle, making it an economical and durable edge milling machine.

Reversing the reducer is beneficial for processing narrow boards and enhances safety.
