Overview

The gun is specifically designed for automatic TIG self-fusing welding on pipes/tube plates, suitable for automatic welding of tube plates for low-pressure vessels. It can weld materials such as titanium alloys, stainless steel, and carbon steel. The welding method is pipe flat-end welding, with self-fusing welding without filling wire, featuring fast welding speed, aesthetically pleasing welds, and high weld quality. It can be paired with MK400, MK200 welding power sources and is widely used in industries such as food and power plants, with superior welding quality for oxygen-sensitive materials.

Process Features

Suitable for tube plate welding with wall thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 1.5mm, featuring a compact torch with easy mobility, pneumatic mandrel positioning, and fully enclosed welding. The cooling water, shielding gas, and electrical conductivity are all designed with a winding configuration, offering ease of operation, lightweight, and compact size.
