Blade wheels are a simplified version of multi-leaf wheels, primarily used for polishing and finishing in industrial production and classified as an industrial consumable. The base material of the blades can be mesh, nylon, plastic, or steel paper, with varying numbers of blades uniformly distributed in a fan shape. The particle size ranges from 36# to 400#, with 60# and 80# being common. They are externally mounted on an angle grinder, used for sanding and finishing welds and sharp edges, and can be interchanged with die grinding wheels. They offer benefits such as good elasticity, high efficiency, good heat dissipation, and low noise. They can replace resin die grinding wheels, featuring strong elasticity, high tensile and flexural strength, good self-sharpening, high material removal rate, and low noise. Suitable for sanding welds and burrs on box bodies and stamped parts. Mainly applied in the polishing and finishing treatment of various stainless steel and carbon steel structural components.
