A blade wheel is a simplified version of a multi-blade wheel, primarily used for polishing and finishing in industrial production and falls under the category of industrial consumables. The base of the blade wheel can be made of mesh, nylon, plastic, and steel paper, with varying numbers of blades uniformly distributed in a fan shape. The particle size ranges from 36# to 400#, with 60# and 80# being common. The outer diameter is 4"-7", mounted on an angle grinder, for sanding welds and trimming burrs, and can be interchanged with bell-shaped grinding wheels. It boasts good elasticity, high efficiency, good heat dissipation, and low noise. It can replace resin bell-shaped grinding wheels, featuring strong elasticity, high tensile and bending strength, good self-sharpening, high grinding rate, and low noise, suitable for sanding welds inside boxes and trimming edges of stamping parts. Mainly applied to the grinding and polishing treatment of various stainless steel and carbon steel structural components.
