Product Overview:
Viscoelastic anti-corrosion tape, also known as viscoelastic tape, is a non-curing, non-crosslinked, and non-crystalline high polymer anti-corrosion tape that retains cold flow properties at -45°C.
Our company's adhesive elastomeric tape, produced in accordance with the CDP-S-OGP-AC-017-2013-2 specification and SY/T5918-2017 technical standard, has a temperature resistance range of -45 to +130℃. It can be applied directly to surfaces of steel, concrete, PE, PP, FBE, PVC, asphalt, liquid epoxy, and multi-coated surfaces without the need for primer. Widely used in industries such as oil, refining, city gas, LNG, offshore platforms, chemicals, nuclear power, thermal power, material reserves, water supply, and wastewater treatment. It is used for the anti-corrosion of new and existing long-distance pipeline ends, buried pipelines, buried valve bodies, flanges, storage tank bottom and side plates, as well as various irregular equipment and anti-corrosion coating repairs. The adhesive elastomeric tape can easily be shaped into any form, making it highly suitable for the seamless filling and wrapping of various irregular pipe fittings, reducers, and sleeve gaskets. With a long service life of over 30 years, it effectively prevents the penetration of various corrosive substances.
Due to the flexibility of the adhesive-elastic material, when using it as a corrosion protection layer, it is necessary to select high-strength adhesive tapes with a thickness of ≥0.8mm polyethylene or ≥1.1mm mesh fiber polypropylene, along with heat-shrinkable pressure-sensitive tape and UV curing tape for mechanical protection to enhance resistance to damage caused by external stress.

Product Advantages:
1. Consistent thickness, even surface, suitable for painting
2. Low surface treatment, offering good bonding fluidity
3. Wide compatibility coating, allowing the adhesive layer to penetrate into any pore of the working surface.
4. Chemical and aging resistant with good sealing properties.
