1. To meet the resistance requirements of coal mine ventilation networks and ensure fan efficiency, this machine employs a counter-rotating structure, with the two impellers rotating in opposite directions. This design eliminates the need for an intermediate guide vane and reduces its losses, thereby enhancing the fan's efficiency.
2. Utilizing a motor directly connected to the impeller design, it eliminates transmission unit damage incidents and reduces energy loss in the transmission system, enhancing the efficiency of the fan unit.
3. Motors are all installed in an enclosed housing within the fan's main air duct, which has certain pressure resistance. This housing isolates the motor from the gas-containing air in the fan's flow channel, and also serves as a heat dissipation device. The housing features two rows of aerodynamic air ducts, connecting the main air duct to the ground atmosphere. This allows fresh air to flow into the housing while also maintaining a positive pressure inside the housing during the fan's operation.
4. The fan's maximum installed static pressure efficiency can reach over 86%, with a wide efficient operating range, ensuring the main fan efficiency in the three mining stages of the mine is above 75%. This reverses the low operating efficiency of large-scale mine main fans in our country and can save a significant amount of electricity.
5. The fan can be reversed for reverse airflow, with the reverse airflow reaching 60% of the normal airflow. There's no need for an additional reverse airflow channel, offering advantages such as cost savings in infrastructure investment and fast reverse airflow speed.
6. The blade installation angle of the impeller is adjustable, allowing for adjustment of the blade angle according to production requirements. This fan features a special design with a performance curve free of humps, ensuring stable operation under any network resistance.
7. This series of fans operates stably with minimal vibration, and both the fan and the diffuser can be mounted on a flatbed truck with wheels, allowing for long-term continuous operation.
