The roof ventilator is composed of components such as the impeller, air duct, canopy, transmission parts, hinged damper, bird-proof net, and safety net. The air duct, canopy, and impeller components of this ventilator can be made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, which reduces the overall weight and has excellent corrosion resistance. Depending on the different requirements of air volume, wind pressure, and noise in the application, the following two types of ventilators are selected:1) Axial Flow Roof Fan, Model DWT-I, featuring high airflow with lower pressure than centrifugal fans; 2) Centrifugal Roof Fan, Model DWT-II, suitable for applications with lower airflow and higher pressure requirements.
Usage:
Low-noise roof fans are widely used for ventilation in light industrial factories and high-end residential buildings, particularly suitable for the exhaust of moist and corrosive gases, with the medium temperature not exceeding60°C, excessive sticky substances are not allowed in the gas, and dust content is less than 100mg/m³.
