ITSS Information Technology Service Standards
ITSS – Information Technology Service Standards, a set of standards library in the IT service field and a methodology for providing IT services, developed under the guidance and support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Standardization Administration, by the ITSS Working Group.
The ITSS Information Technology Service Standards is a comprehensive and integrated library of information technology service standards, regulating IT service products and their components, and guiding the implementation of standardized and trustworthy IT services. Under the leadership of the China Electronics Industry Standardization Technical Committee, the ITSS Branch fully plays its platform role, diligently promotes the application and popularization of information technology service standards; strengthens its own capabilities to serve member units' development; steadily advances the conformity assessment of ITSS standards, strictly controlling the quality of assessment. ITSS fully absorbs the essence of quality management principles and process improvement methods, specifies the components and lifecycle of IT services, and standardizes them.

Independently incorporated;
The operation and maintenance service capability system has been established based on the first-level characteristics and key indicators of "Operation and Maintenance Service Maturity," and has been effectively operating for over six months.
We can provide effective evidence for the management of operational services in terms of personnel, resources, technology, and processes.
Hold a valid "ITSS Compliance for Information Technology Service Standards" (Level 2 for Operation and Maintenance Service Maturity) for over one year.
The ITSS Level 2 Improvement Collaborative certification requires the following basic conditions:
Independently incorporated;
The operational service capability system has been established in accordance with the Level 2 characteristics and key indicators of the "Maturity of Operational Service," and has been effectively operating for more than three months.
We can provide valid evidence of our capabilities in operations and maintenance service management, personnel, resources, technology, and processes.
Hold a valid "ITSS Compliance for Information Technology Service Standards" (Level 3 of Operation and Maintenance Service Maturity) for over one year.
Hold a Level 1 or Level 2 System Integration Certificate or have held an ITSS Operation and Maintenance Service Capability Maturity Level 3 Certificate for over one year.
The ITSS Certification Level 3 Extended has the following basic requirements:
Independently incorporated;
The operational service capability system has been established in accordance with the Level 3 characteristics and key indicators of the "Operational and Maintenance Service Maturity," and has been effectively operating for over three months.
We can provide effective evidence of operation and maintenance service capabilities, including management, personnel, resources, technology, and processes.
The applicant unit has been engaged in information system operation and maintenance service business for more than two years.
The ITSS Level 4 Basic Certification requires the following basic conditions:
Independently incorporated;
The operation and maintenance service capability system has been established in accordance with the characteristics and key indicators of "Operation and Maintenance Service Maturity," and has been effectively operating for more than three months.
We can provide effective evidence of operational service capability in management, personnel, resources, technology, and processes.
The applicant unit has been engaged in information system operation and maintenance service business for more than one year.
