Active Slope Protection Net System
Flexible meshes, mainly composed of wire ropes, are wrapped over the slopes or rocks requiring protection to limit the weathering and erosion or destruction of the soil and rock mass on the slope, to reinforce rock collapses, or to confine the movement of falling rocks within a certain range (retaining effect).
Active Slope Protection Mesh Material:
Wire rope mesh, ordinary wire mesh (commonly referred to as wire mesh), and TECCO high-strength wire mesh.
Product Features:
The active slope protection net operates on a principle similar to shotcrete and soil nail walls, etc., but due to its flexible characteristics, it allows the system to evenly distribute local concentrated loads to all sides. Materials: wire rope net, ordinary steel wire mesh (commonly known as wire mesh), and TECCO high-strength steel wire mesh, fully utilizing the protective capabilities of the entire system. This means that the active slope protection net locally bears the load while the overall system acts, enabling the system to withstand greater loads and reduce the anchoring force requirements for individual anchor rods.
Simple Type of Active Slope Protection Net
Edge (or Upper Edge) Wire Rope Anchor + Support Rope + Seaming Rope (D0/08/300 Steel Rope Mesh + Anchor at Upper and Lower Edges + Upper and Lower (or Lateral) Support Ropes)
