The Haorun Solar Micro-Power Sewage Treatment Equipment utilizes solar panels to convert solar energy into electrical power for sewage treatment. With a fully charged battery, the system can maintain normal sewage treatment operation even during continuous 7-day rainy periods. After going through multiple processes such as pipe collection, anaerobic biological treatment, contact oxidation, sedimentation, and meeting discharge standards, the originally turbid sewage becomes extremely clear. The treated wastewater can be reused for irrigation, and the organic sludge at the sedimentation pond can be composted, further used as organic fertilizer after maturation.

This system is developed by our company and is at a very high level domestically. Its main features include a small land footprint, the use of eco-friendly and green solar energy as the primary power source, and microcomputer remote full-automatic control for management. Compared to conventional treatment processes, it has lower operating costs, is easy to manage, and ensures stable water quality output.

The MBR membrane bioreactor achieves a complete separation of the sludge retention time (STR) and hydraulic retention time (HRT), simplifying design and operation significantly. The mechanical crossflow action of the membrane prevents microbial loss, allowing for high sludge concentration within the bioreactor, thereby increasing volumetric loading and reducing sludge loading. The MBR process eliminates the secondary sedimentation tank, reducing land area requirements. The active sludge in the MBR aeration tank does not lose due to water, and during operation, the active sludge changes with the concentration of organic matter, reaching a dynamic equilibrium, which ensures stable effluent and high resistance to shock loads. The larger hydraulic circulation causes uniform mixing of wastewater, resulting in good dispersion of active sludge and significantly increasing the specific surface area. Integrated equipment with PLC automatic control, simple installation and construction, easy operation and management, and minimal land area.
