Key structural features
1. The locking mechanism is a double-point locking structure, equipped with hinge leaves and handles for the door's rotational movement.
2. Utilizes a single-blade insertion electromagnetic sealing technology with a composite blade edge. The blade is made of cold-rolled steel plate with excellent magnetic conductivity, which, after being copper-plated, also offers good electrical conductivity and magnetic conductivity. The shielding door boasts excellent magnetic and electric field shielding properties.
3. The blade and spring contact parts are made of the same material with similar electrical potentials, preventing electrical corrosion on the contact surface. This maintains long-term shielding performance and enhances reliability.
4. The bellows are detachable beryllium copper bellows with a three-row structure. After vacuum heat treatment, they offer excellent elasticity and wear resistance, effectively forming an electromagnetic seal cavity. The electromagnetic seal is reliable; the blade and bellows have passed 30,000 insertion and removal tests, still meeting usage requirements. Replacement is easy after aging or damage, with each section measuring 180 millimeters in length.
5. This type of shielding door features a typical structural design, with both design and manufacturing processes well-established.
