User Instructions

Upon hearing the phone ring, open the phone's cover, lift the handle, and you can talk to the other party.

When you need to make a call, open the phone's door cover, lift the handle, and dial after hearing the dial tone. Wait for the ringback when you hear it. If you hear a busy signal (beep... beep... beep), hang up and try again later.

Redial Key (RD) Usage

(1) For redialing: After picking up and hearing the dial tone, press this key. It is used for the redial function, which redials the last dialed phone number.

(2) Single-key Redial: After dialing is complete, if you encounter a busy signal, press this button. The phone will automatically perform the following actions: "Hang up", "Pick up", and "Redial the last number dialed."

Flash Disconnect Key (FL) Usage: Press the Flash Disconnect Key (FL) quickly when you hear a busy signal after dialing to hang up immediately, and you will hear the dial tone without needing to hang up and redial.

After each call, please ensure the handset is returned to its original position (the indicator light will be off when the phone is on hook), and securely close the door cover for normal operation of the phone.

The emergency call button and system emergency call number are set to match. Pressing the emergency call button on the handset can immediately dial the main switchboard. The default emergency call number is 7.
