【Upper Garment Configuration】

(1) Manufacturing Process: The van body is made with refrigerated truck thermal insulation material and thermal break insulation technology, manufactured on a seamless one-piece molding production line. It features fire-resistant and flame-retardant marine board wood strips, thickened insulation strips, rust-proof galvanized pipes, and one-time formed steel beam subframes, with thermal performance reaching or exceeding national Grade A standards.

(2) Body Material: Both interior and exterior are made of domestic fiberglass (non-reflective, excellent heat insulation, high hardness, and anti-oxidation properties); the inner layer is a specialized thermal insulation material for refrigerated trucks, which is seamlessly bonded with the inner and outer fiberglass, preventing bulging. The floor is made of anti-slip aluminum patterned plate, and the door edge strip is equipped with 4-layer rubber sealing strips, effectively locking in the cold air of the body.

(3) Van Parts: Stainless steel door locks, door frames, and hinges, energy-saving LED lighting inside the van.
