Warranty Policy: Domestic warranty for the chassis and refrigeration unit, with service centers available across various regions within the country. Refrigeration unit malfunctions can be repaired at the vehicle's location.

1. The undercarriage of the car is covered by the manufacturer's three-year warranty.

2. Modifications are covered under our three-year warranty, with a term of one year (excl. wear-and-tear parts).

3. Issues resulting from improper use, storage, or maintenance are the responsibility of the user.

4. Vehicle goods, accessories, and tools are delivered according to the list provided by the chassis manufacturer.

5. Within the warranty period, in case of quality issues with modified parts, our company will send personnel to the site for resolution within 48 hours upon receiving notification. For the chassis part, the customer should contact the chassis manufacturer for handling, and our company will provide the necessary assistance.

All products sold by our company are guaranteed for nationwide registration. In the event that the vehicle cannot be registered due to our company's issue, we will compensate the customer for their loss. All models use original undercarriages, and our company strictly inspects product quality. We are responsible for after-sales service from start to finish. The installation part comes with a one-year free warranty. After-sales service can reach within the province within 24 hours and outside the province within 48 hours. We provide lifetime technical guidance and component cost supply.
