Our refrigerated trucks are built with a full-sealed structure, employing wooden thermal break insulation technology and secondary insulation with plywood. The body panels are connected with galvanized tube frames and environmentally friendly waterproof wood boards, fastened with reinforced screws. It features an 8cm polyurethane filling, an additional 3mm glass fiber reinforced plastic, high-strength resin glue, vacuum extraction, and hot pressing for one-time molding. The body assembly uses 8mm high-strength screws for connection, and is externally bordered with aluminum profiles for enhanced rigidity and adaptability to various terrains and environments, achieving better thermal insulation. The entire vehicle is lined with high-strength thermal insulation material. The side doors, door frames, and reinforced rear door frames are all made of 304 stainless steel. The side and rear door bars are made of thickened stainless steel tubes. The interior and exterior of the body use high-quality thick aluminum profiles, which are strong under dynamic loads and fatigue strength. The body can bear a load of up to 1.5 tons per square meter, completely solving the shortcomings of poor insulation, heat preservation, and load-bearing capacity. The subframe is made of 710 automotive I-beam steel plate, using shearing and bending processes to enhance the vehicle's load-bearing capacity and prevent cracking, extending the vehicle's service life. The deck and subframe are connected with 12mm high-strength screws, ensuring greater stability during operation.
