The entire ship is constructed of welded steel structure. Three hydraulic winches are located at the front of the engine room deck, with two positioning pile cylinders situated at the rear of the main cabin. Two anchor pins are positioned on the side hull decks. Four ballast water tanks are located at the front and rear ends of the side appendages.
Shippable in full container loads, suitable for rail, road, and sea transportation.
The engine and pump are located in the central main cabin, with the side hulls serving as fuel tanks, ballast tanks, and storage compartments.
The main cabin is a watertight compartment.
The auger shaft rotates through sealed bearings, continuously lubricated by high-positioned engine oil on deck, supplied under pressure.
A spacious and well-lit operations room designed specifically for dredge ship operators. The room offers unobstructed views around the entire perimeter, equipped with air conditioning and adjustable seats for a comfortable working environment. One operator manages all monitoring instruments, light control buttons, and action command buttons.
Equipped with emergency pumps, fire extinguishers, life jackets, and other safety measures.
