1General Principles

Submersible pumps should undergo inspections during the manufacturing process, after manufacturing, and prior to shipment, including material and casting inspections, component and manufacturing process checks, as well as paintwork examination.

2Static Water Pressure Test

6 Installation Requirements

Submersible pumps and installation sequence, as well as technical requirements, should be in accordance with the manufacturer's installation manual.

Prior to installation, protective stickers applied by Duwan's environmental packaging staff to prevent component damage must not be prematurely removed.

Submersible污水pump shall undergo systematic maintenance and upkeep within twelve months from the date of equipment operation acceptance.

Ensure protection to guarantee continuous and effective operation of the equipment.

(1) Duwan's environmental protection submersible pump, vertical sewage pump, and submersible mixer control cabinets all require the use of high-performance variable-frequency inverters. These inverters must include both V/F ratio control (2-point and 3-point styles), open-loop vector control without PG, square load control mode, and energy-saving mode for ease of engineer adjustment. It is particularly important to note that to demonstrate the energy-saving effect of the inverters and comply with energy-saving policy guidelines, the inverters must utilize control methods suitable for driving fan and pump loads. They should be easy to operate and maintain, with different power inverters belonging to the same series.

(2) In the event of non-hardware failures in the variable frequency inverter, the inverter can opt for shutdown modes (free shutdown/failure shutdown); until the fault is resolved, the inverter will resume normal control, reducing the number of unexpected shutdowns.

(3) The inverter must be equipped with a password lock feature to prevent accidental modification of parameters.

(4) The inverter should have an intermittent automatic jump function to prevent mechanical resonance, and it should have at least 3 jump frequencies.

(5) The inverter features protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, under-voltage, phase loss of power supply, inverter overload, inverter overheating, and motor overload; the protection grade is not less than IP20, and is set in the control cabinet.
