Structure Description

Submersible motors are totally enclosed, dry-type asynchronous motors. The motor housing encapsulates the motor, featuring a static seal at the cable outlet on the upper end of the motor and a rotating seal at the shaft outlet on the lower end cover. Submersible motors possess all the safety and reliability features required for underwater operation. There are monitoring, alarm, and protection devices for seal leakage, winding and bearing temperature rise, which do not interfere with the normal operation of the motor. Early leakage (only an alarm is issued) is detected when the winding temperature exceeds135℃, bearing temperature exceeds90At ℃, the power-off protection is implemented, with all protectors monitored by a dedicated submersible pump protector to ensure safe operation of the submersible pump.
