G Type Single Screw PumpIt is a single-screw conveyance pump.ItsThe main working component is the eccentric helical screw.(The rotor) and the sleeve with a double-threaded helical surface on the inner surface (referred to as the stator). Its working principle is that when the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, the screw rotates around its own axis while also rolling along the inner surface of the sleeve, thus forming a sealed chamber of the pump. With each revolution of the screw, the liquid in the sealed chamber is pushed forward by one pitch. As the screw continues to rotate, the liquid is propelled in a spiral manner from one sealed chamber to another, eventually being extruded out of the pump body. The screw pump is a new type of mechanical liquid conveyance with simple structure, safe and stable operation, easy maintenance, continuous and uniform discharge, and stable pressure, among other advantages.

Single-screw pump is a new type of pump operating according to the reciprocating meshing volume principle, with the eccentric screw as its main working component.Rotor and fixed sleeve (stator).

Due to the unique geometric shapes of the two components, they individually form separate sealed cavities. The medium is uniformly pushed and flows axially, with low internal flow velocity, maintaining a constant volume, stable pressure, thus preventing the formation of eddies and turbulence. The output pressure of each pump stage is:0.6 MPa, head 60 m (clean water), self-priming height typically 6 m, suitable for conveying media temperatures below 80°C (special requirements up to 150°C).

Due to the use of various elastic materials for the stator, this pump boasts characteristics that general pumps cannot handle, such as the transport of high-viscosity fluids, solids with hard suspended particles, or fibrous materials. Its flow rate is proportional to the speed.

Transmission can be achieved through a coupling for direct drive, or by using a variable-speed motor, V-belt, and transmission gear unit for speed variation. Screw pumps are categorized by the number of screws, including single-screw, twin-screw, and triple-screw pumps, among others. As the driving screw rotates, it带动 the driven screw in mesh, causing the meshing space volume at one end of the suction chamber to gradually increase and the pressure to drop. Under the force of the pressure difference, the liquid enters the meshing space. When the volume increases to form a sealed cavity, the liquid moves continuously along the axial direction within each sealed cavity until it reaches the discharge end. At this point, the meshing space volume at the discharge end of the screw gradually decreases, expelling the liquid. The working principle of the screw pump is similar to that of a gear pump, but with screws replacing the gears in structure. Screw pumps have minimal flow and pressure pulsations, low noise and vibration, and self-priming capabilities, although screw machining can be challenging. 1. Each type of plastic has an ideal plasticizing temperature range, and the barrel processing temperature should be controlled to approach this range. As granular plastic enters the barrel from the hopper, it first reaches the feeding section, where dry friction is inevitable. When these plastics are not heated sufficiently and melt unevenly, it is easy to cause increased wear on the inner wall of the barrel and the surface of the screw. Similarly, in the compression section and homogenization section, uneven melting of the plastic can also lead to accelerated wear.

2. The rotational speed should be properly adjusted. As some plastics are reinforced with additives like glass fiber, minerals, or other fillers, these materials often have a much higher friction against metal than molten plastic. When injecting these plastics, using a high rotational speed increases the shearing force on the plastic but also causes the reinforcement to produce more shredded fibers. These shredded fibers have sharp ends, significantly increasing the wear. The abrasive action of inorganic minerals is also considerable when they slide at high speeds across the metal surface. Therefore, the rotational speed should not be set too high.

3. As the screw rotates within the barrel, friction between the material and both components causes the working surfaces of the screw and barrel to gradually wear: the screw diameter decreases while the barrel's inner hole diameter increases. Consequently, the clearance between the screw and barrel's mating diameters gradually increases. However, since the resistance from the barrel's front head and分流板 (分流板) has not changed, this increases the leakage flow of the extruded material as it advances, meaning the flow of material through the diameter gap towards the feed direction increases. This results in a decrease in the production output of the plastic machinery. This phenomenon also increases the material's residence time within the barrel, leading to decomposition. In the case of polyethylene, the decomposition produces gases that intensify the corrosion of the screw and barrel.

4. The presence of fillers such as calcium carbonate and glass fiber in the material can accelerate the wear of the screw and barrel.

5. Due to uneven plasticization of the material or the presence of metallic impurities mixed in, the screw shaft suddenly increases its torque. This torque exceeds the strength limit of the screw shaft, causing it to break. This is a non-standard accident-related damage.
