The stainless steel pump self-coupling device is an automatic coupling device that connects the water outlet flange of a submersible pump to the water outlet pipeline system. Above the additional coupling flange and the inlet flange of the outlet pipe, there is a pair of wedge clips. Below the additional coupling flange and the inlet flange of the outlet pipe, there is another pair of wedge clips. One of the wedge clips below the inlet flange of the outlet pipe is fixed to the bottom of the inlet flange of the outlet pipe with an elastic steel plate. As the submersible pump descends from above the water pit, the wedge clips above the additional coupling flange and the inlet flange of the outlet pipe engage first. Under the weight of the submersible pump and the inclined surface of the wedge clips, the two flange surfaces will come together. Additionally, the pair of wedge clips below the additional coupling flange and the inlet flange of the outlet pipe will also automatically engage together under the action of the elastic steel plate. This design allows for convenient automatic installation and removal of the submersible pump while solving the issue of excessive leakage between the two coupled flanges, thereby saving energy.

III.GAK autotransformer installation:
The installation of the automatic coupling submersible pump primarily involves the assembly of the coupling device and the hoisting of the pump. Before installation, a chain lock is tied onto the pump's lifting ring for hoisting and lowering purposes.
Installation Steps for Coupling Device:
The偶合架 is secured to the pump body with four bolts; the outlet pipe is fixed to the base; the locating cone is mounted on the outlet pipe bracket; the conduit is slipped over the locating cone at the bottom and over the rubber block on the rod bracket at the top.AndThe rod bracket is then secured to the pool wall. The function of the rubber block: Adjust the axial clamping force of the rubber block using the screws on the rod bracket, ensuring the diameter of the rubber block matches the inner diameter of the rod, for stable rod positioning.
Installation Steps for Pumps:
Hoisting pump, align the guide holes on the coupling frame with the guide rod, gently lower the hoisting rope, allowing the pump to slide down the rod freely; the pump outlet will automatically align with the outlet pipe flange. Release the hoisting rope, under the weight of the pump, the inclined plane on the coupling frame wedges against the corresponding inclined plane on the outlet pipe flange, ensuring a tight fit between the pump flange and the outlet pipe seal. This achieves the automatic coupling of the pump and the outlet pipe flange. To lift the pump, simply pull the hoisting rope to disconnect the pump and the coupling frame from the outlet pipe, then lift the pump and the frame along the rod.
