It facilitates the automatic assembly and disassembly of the submersible pump while solving the issue of significant water leakage between the two coupled flanges, thereby saving energy.

　　7. When elevating general wastewater, consider combining discharge pipes from different sump pumps according to actual conditions. When two or more pumps share a single discharge pipe, install valves and check valves on each pump's discharge pipe. A check valve should be installed to prevent backflow when single-pump drainage may cause siphonage. Combining pressure drainage with gravity drainage pipes within the building is not permitted.

　　8. When submersible sludge pumps are lifting debris containing large pieces, it is advisable for them to be equipped with a crushing device. For lifting wastewater containing a high amount of fibrous matter, a large-diameter submersible sludge pump should be used. A fixed auto-transformer unit for the pump can be adopted when the motor power is 7.5kW or more, or when the outlet pipe diameter is 100mm (DN100) or more.

　　9. When the motor power of the submersible sewage pump is less than 7.5kW or the outlet pipe diameter is less than DN100, a flexible hose mobile installation can be used. When using a submersible sewage pump for draining the sewage collection pond, a fixed self-coupling device for the pump should be installed for easy maintenance. The drainage pump should be capable of automatic start/stop and on-site manual start/stop. Multiple pumps can be connected in parallel for alternating operation, or operated in sections.
