Operation Steps:

Surface Treatment: First, clean the scale on the leaking area with an angle grinder, then use an angle grinder at the weld joint to smooth the surface. Thoroughly clean the exposed metal color with sandpaper, and finally, wipe the surface with alcohol-free ethanol.

Blended Material: Mix 1321 material in a 3:1 ratio and stir until color consistency is achieved.

Coating Material: Focus on applying the mixed 1321 material to protect the weld joints, followed by large-area anti-corrosion protection using 1321 material.

Curing Time: 24 hours at 24℃ (material temperature). Curing time is halved for every 11℃ increase in material temperature, but the temperature increase must not exceed the material's tolerance.
