
Roof Fire Pump Integration System consists of pipeline systems, water tank systems, pump systems, and control systems. The water tank system is mainly composed of water tanks and manholes; the pipeline system mainly includes inlet pipes, fire water pipes, electrical contact pressure gauges, and various valves; the pump system mainly consists of submersible multi-stage fire pumps and pump rooms; the control system mainly includes fire intelligent control cabinets, air pressure tanks, and control rooms. The silent check valve is sealed to the pump room with bolts, and the pump room is also sealed to the control room with bolts. The pump system is placed inside the water tank, and the control room and water tank are designed as an integrated unit. Its feature lies in the electrical contact pressure gauge installed on the fire pipeline and the processing controller in the fire intelligent pressure increase and stabilization control cabinet. With the above solution, the water pressure in the fire pipeline is kept constant, solving the integration of the box and pump, saving space, extending the service life of the pump and motor, and ensuring the fire protection effect. The function of the roof fire pump integration system: it does not require a separate pump room, which can greatly prevent the pump from cracking in winter. Due to the cold weather in some areas, the fire suppression equipment's pump is prone to cracking. Our company has developed a new product based on the on-site conditions, the fire pump integration system, which mainly installs the pump, air pressure tank, and pipeline inside the water tank, eliminating the risk of pump cracking caused by cold air.
