2 Specifications

The diameter of the low water tank inlet is 25mm or 29mm, while the outlet diameter is 65mm or 81mm. Special cases can be accommodated according to the contract requirements.

3 Technical Requirements

3.1 The effective working water level of the auxiliary water tank to the overflow outlet should not exceed 38mm; the critical water level of the inlet valve should be higher than the overflow outlet level, with a vertical distance of not less than 25mm; the low position of the non-sealed opening of the water tank (gravity flush) device should be higher than the overflow level, and for stainless steel-lined water tanks, the vertical distance should not be less than 5mm.

3.2 Water tank accessories shall meet the following requirements

1) Control Mechanism, Stainless Steel Water Tank Panels, easy to operate. Smooth movement, 304 Stainless Steel Water Tower, no jamming.

2) The strength and sealing performance of the water inlet valve should meet the first-grade requirements specified in JC 707.

3) Under a water supply pressure of 0.05 MPa, the water intake time should not exceed 120 seconds.

4) The overflow must be elevated 20mm above the effective working water level.

5) The water inlet valve outlet should be 20mm higher than the overflow pipe.

6) The drain valve should not exhibit any leakage.

7) When the effective water volume in the tank is 61, the drainage valve's drainage flow rate should not be less than 2.0 L/s.

8) Service life exceeds 50,000 cycles.

Select Materials

Select different food-grade stainless steel sheets (SUS304, SUS316, SUS444, etc.) based on the nature of the stored liquid and the usage environment to ensure safe container operation. The steel plates are molded into standard panels of 1000mm×1000mm or 1000mm×500mm by an oil hydraulic press. Field welding is performed using ya arc welding, with ER308 and H0Cr21Ni10 stainless steel welding wire. The weld seam surface is treated with acid pickling and passivation to prevent corrosion. The base is made of hot-dipped galvanized Q235-A carbon steel channel.
