Air Handling Unit



Product Overview:
The unit is assembled using high-density polyurethane foam sandwich panels, with the frame made of professionally designed aluminum alloy profiles. Due to the internal foam boards, the panels ensure sufficient strength. Moreover, they offer excellent thermal insulation and airtightness properties.
The aircraft outer panels are coated with colored steel sheets and covered with a film. After the panel assembly is formed, the right-angle joints are rounded, resulting in a clear and smooth appearance.
All cases are bolted and can be easily assembled and disassembled.
The coil is made of imported seamless copper tubing for refrigerated air conditioning, with aluminum fins, and the end plates are treated with a unique flanging process.

This series of units differs from the company's standard units in the following aspects:
1. A dry air handling unit refers to an air cooler with a surface temperature higher than the dew point temperature of the processed air. In a separate temperature and humidity control system, the dry condition terminal primarily bears the indoor sensible heat load.
2. The cooler has been optimized in terms of tube arrangement and pipeline layout, resulting in a significantly higher heat exchange efficiency.
3. Non-condensable during dry operation, it prevents bacterial growth and secondary contamination from condensate, widely used in the purification systems of electronic factories with low cooling capacity and high airflow, as well as pharmaceutical factories.

1. The cooling capacity test conditions for the table above are: inlet and outlet water temperatures of 18℃/21℃, dry bulb air temperature of 27℃, and wet bulb temperature of 19.5℃.
2. If the actual operating conditions differ from the standard conditions, please refer to the refrigeration capacity adjustment system on page 12 of the sample for correction. Method of correction: Actual refrigeration capacity = rated refrigeration capacity × operating condition correction coefficient.
