Shaanxi Yellow River Air Conditioning Cooling Tower Co., Ltd. offers square counterflow glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling towers with individual water flow rates ranging from 800 to 4,000 cubic meters per hour, in total nine specifications. These towers feature excellent thermal performance, low energy consumption, good overall stability, attractive appearance, low noise, short construction and installation period, and cost-effectiveness. They are widely used in large water circulation systems in enterprises such as petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, and power generation industries.
Cooling Tower Components
1. Tower Load-bearing Structure: Steel frame structure, with a maximum amplitude of water vibration at 0.14mm during operation.
2. Duct: The entire tower utilizes glass fiber reinforced plastic kinetic energy recovery fans. This duct optimally employs the theory of uniform gas flow, designed with engineering practice and measured data. The inner wall curvature uses an elliptical curve, which, when compared to the natural diffusing wind tunnel using straight lines, eliminates the phenomenon of airflow separation from the wall, avoiding the formation of vortex areas. This significantly reduces the area of the negative pressure zone at the center of the duct, resulting in a more uniform distribution of wind velocity across the outlet section. Actual application testing shows that the kinetic energy recovery value of this duct exceeds 30%. The duct is formed using pressure molding technology, with an outer surface of a smooth resin gel coat containing stabilizers and an inner surface coated with resin twice, maintaining a high level of finish to reduce resistance.

3. Fans: Rational aerodynamic, high airflow, high efficiency, low noise, and corrosion-resistant.
4. Gearbox: Horizontal卧式, low noise, high efficiency, reliable oil lubrication, easy maintenance, with oil temperature and vibration alarm devices.
5. Motors: Available in explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof models. The 800 and 1000 series are equipped with two-speed motors, while models above 1200 have three-speed motors, showcasing significant energy-saving, known as "energy-saving cooling towers." The motor speed can be manually or automatically controlled through a control panel. Variable-speed motors can save up to 40% more energy annually compared to single-speed motors, with a 50% or higher saving for three-speed motors. They offer flexible operation management. During hot weather and high humidity, or when the water equipment's temperature drop is significant, operate at high speed; otherwise, medium or low speed can be used, even at night when temperatures are lower. This can reduce noise by 3-6dB(A) or more. In winter, when freezing occurs, the fan can be operated at low speed in reverse. The high internal temperature can defrost the water. Running at low speed in winter also reduces droplets to an insignificant level. Surrounding environments are not polluted due to freezing.
