Square FRP Cooling Tower Product Composition Structure:
Panel: Glass fiber material, smooth and aesthetically pleasing surface, corrosion-resistant, and anti-aging.
(2) Filling Material: Modified Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) bidirectional dot wave sheet, with good thermal properties, low air flow resistance, high rigidity, heat-resistant up to 75°C, cold-resistant, and flame-retardant.
(3) Fan: Alloy aluminum plate is used for the blade material. The fan features reasonable aerodynamics, high air volume, high efficiency, low noise, and corrosion resistance.
(4) Electric motors and reducers: Outsourced equipment.
(5) Fiberglass Water Trays: Even water distribution, ultra-low noise design with a lid to block light, prevent debris from flying in, and reduce splashing noise.
(6) Soundproofing Enclosure: Glass fiber reinforced plastic material, with flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride film sound-absorbing material in an adhesive cavity design.

(7) Louver windows: Made of fiberglass, they are waterproof and can ensure a uniform distribution of incoming air flow into the tower.
(8) Water Tank: Made of fiberglass, serves as a water collection unit, equipped with an automatic water refilling system, capable of direct water intake through closed-loop circulation.
(9) Frame: Consists of assembled folded steel, offering rigidity, light weight, ease of transportation and installation, and hot-dipped galvanized corrosion resistance.
