Process Flow Description：
Wastewater flows through a grille into the control pool, then is pumped up into the bio-reactor.PLC controllers operate the aeration equipment to oxygenate the wastewater, which is then circulated into the membrane separation unit after being discharged from the bioreactor. The treated water from the membrane separation is returned to the control pool and, after being chlorinated using rapid mixing (bleaching powder, chlorine tablets), it enters the water storage tank. The backwash pump uses treated water from the rinse pool to backwash the membrane treatment equipment, with the backwash wastewater returned to the regulating pool. The start and stop of the lift pump are controlled by the water level within the bioreactor. The filtration and backwashing operations of the membrane unit can be controlled automatically or manually. If chemical cleaning of the membrane unit is required, close the water supply valve and wastewater recirculation valve, open the chemical cleaning valve and chemical recirculation valve, start the chemical circulation pump, and then perform the chemical cleaning.
