Since this membrane retains molecules larger than 1 nm with a higher than 95% rejection rate during the filtration process, it is called nanofiltration. A significant feature of nanofiltration membranes is that the membrane itself is charged, which is an important reason for its high desalination performance under low pressure and the ability to remove inorganic salts from membranes with molecular weight cut-offs in the hundreds. The system includes pressure and temperature protection devices. The pressure protection device can automatically alarm and shut down when the pressure exceeds the safe limit; the temperature protection device can automatically alarm and shut down when the temperature exceeds the limit; the safety filter device can prevent system damage caused by the entry of solid particles.
The equipment utilizes various technologies identical to those in production machinery for controlling parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and flow rate, making the separation work in the lab closer to industrial reality and conducive to the industrialization of the process.
