Process Flow Description:
Wastewater flows through a grille into a control pond, then into a bio-reactor via a lift pump, throughPLC controllers operate the aeration device to oxygenate the wastewater, which is then recycled and flows into the membrane separation unit. The wastewater from the bioreactor is returned to the control pool, where the membrane-separated water is chlorinated using the rapid mixing method (bleaching powder, chlorine tablets) before entering the water storage pool. The backwashing pump uses treated water from the backwashing pool to backwash the membrane treatment equipment, with the backwashing wastewater returned to the adjustment pool. The start and stop of the booster pump are controlled by the water level in the bioreactor. The filtration and backwashing operations of the membrane unit can be controlled automatically or manually. If chemical cleaning of the membrane unit is required, close the water supply valve and wastewater recirculation valve, open the chemical cleaning valve and chemical recirculation valve, start the chemical recirculation pump, and then perform the chemical cleaning.
