Under pressure, the feed liquid flows through the membrane tubes, where small molecule substances permeate the membrane while large molecules and solids are retained in the membrane to form a concentrated liquid, achieving the objectives of separation, concentration, and purification of the fluid. The filtration precision of ceramic membranes covers microfiltration and ultrafiltration, with microfiltration membrane pore sizes ranging from 50nm to 1.4m, and ultrafiltration membrane precision ranging from 8KDa to 50KDa. Different pore size membranes can be selected as needed to achieve clarification and separation. Ceramic membranes feature high resistance to high temperatures, chemical corrosion, high mechanical strength, antimicrobial properties, high flux, good cleaning recovery, and long service life. The system includes pressure and temperature protection devices. The pressure protection device can automatically alarm and shut down when the pressure exceeds the safe limit; the temperature protection device can automatically alarm and shut down when the temperature exceeds the set limit; the safety filter device can prevent system damage caused by the entry of solid particles.
The equipment employs various technologies identical to those used in production equipment for controlling parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and velocity, making the separation work in the laboratory more closely resemble the actual industrial conditions, which is beneficial for the industrialization of the process.
The equipment features variable frequency control, effectively expanding its application range; the system's processing capacity is 0-150L/hour (capacity is related to the properties of the material liquid), with a recirculation volume of only 350-400ml, making it particularly suitable for laboratory use.
