Process Flow Description:
Wastewater flows through a格栅 into a control pond, then into a bioreactor via a lift pump, throughPLC controllers operate the aeration equipment to oxygenate wastewater. The effluent from the bioreactor is recycled into the membrane separation unit. It returns to the control pool, where the membrane-separated water is chlorinated using rapid mixing (bleaching powder, chlorine tablets) and then enters the water storage tank. The backwashing pump uses treated water from the rinse pool to backwash the membrane treatment equipment, with the backwash wastewater returning to the adjustment pool. The start and stop of the booster pump are controlled by the water level within the bioreactor. The filtration and backwashing operations of the membrane unit can be controlled automatically or manually. If the membrane unit requires chemical cleaning, close the water supply valve and wastewater recycling valve, open the chemical cleaning valve and chemical circulation valve, start the chemical circulation pump, and then perform the chemical cleaning.
