Process Flow Description:
Wastewater flows through a grille into the control pond, then into the bio-reactor via a lift pump.PLC controllers operate the aeration devices to oxygenate the wastewater, which is then recycled into the membrane separation unit after being discharged from the bioreactor. The wastewater from the membrane separation is returned to the control pool and, after being chlorinated using the rapid mixing method (bleaching powder, chlorine tablets), enters the water storage tank. The backwash pump uses treated water from the rinse pool to backwash the membrane treatment equipment, with the backwash wastewater returned to the adjustment pool. The start and stop of the lift pump are controlled by the water level within the bioreactor. The filtration and backwashing operations of the membrane unit can be controlled automatically or manually. If the membrane unit requires chemical cleaning, close the water supply and wastewater recirculation valves, open the chemical cleaning and chemical recirculation valves, start the chemical recirculation pump, and then perform the chemical cleaning.
