Process Flow Description：
Wastewater flows through a grille into the control pond, then is pumped into the bioreactor.PLC controllers operate the aeration device to oxygenate the wastewater, which is then recycled into the membrane separation unit after being discharged from the bioreactor. The wastewater from the membrane separation is returned to the control pool and, after being chlorinated using rapid mixing (bleaching powder, chlorine tablets), it enters the water storage tank. The backwash pump uses treated water from the rinse pool to backwash the membrane treatment equipment, with the backwash wastewater returned to the equalization pool. The start and stop of the booster pump are controlled by the water level within the bioreactor. The filtration and backwashing operations of the membrane unit can be controlled automatically or manually. If chemical cleaning of the membrane unit is required, close the water supply and wastewater recycling valves, open the chemical cleaning and chemical recycling valves, start the chemical circulation pump, and then perform the chemical cleaning.
