Poultry and livestock farming wastewater primarily originates from the flushing of animal pens and the excrement of livestock. This type of wastewater is a high-concentration organic waste rich in pathogens, and its direct discharge into water bodies or improper storage sites is unsuitable. Rainwater runoff can lead to severe degradation of surface or groundwater quality. Due to the strong phosphorus solubility in animal excrement, the phosphorus and water-soluble organic matter in the excrement are in significant quantities. Improper handling can lead to contamination of groundwater through surface runoff and filtration. Based on years of experience in treating farming wastewater and referencing domestic and international technologies, our company's technical team has developed a treatment equipment for farming wastewater. Process Description:
Wastewater is first treated by a grille screen to remove larger suspended solids and impurities such as hair. It then directly enters the primary sedimentation tank, which also serves as a regulating tank to homogenize water quality and volume. Simultaneously, insoluble solids like undigested food and feces settle to the bottom. The settled water flows into an anaerobic hydrolysis tank, where, under the action of extracellular enzymes of anaerobic bacteria, large molecular organic matter is hydrolyzed and acidified into smaller molecules, and most of the insoluble organic matter is degraded into soluble substances..Then, the wastewater enters the contact oxidation tank, where it's aerated once the water level reaches the set level, ensuring thorough mixing with the activated sludge. After aeration ends and the sludge settles, the supernatant is discharged. When the sludge reaches a certain water level, it's pumped into the sludge pond. The treated wastewater flows into the secondary sedimentation tank, is lifted to the filter after sedimentation, and then flows into the disinfection tank for treatment before meeting standards and being discharged.
