In the production and recycling process of plastic products, particularly during the cleaning stage, wastewater containing suspended solids, organic matter, surfactants, and other pollutants is generated. Pu膜Environmental Protection's professional water treatment technology development team, based on their operational experience with industrial wastewater treatment equipment, designs and develops integrated wastewater treatment systems according to the client's water usage and quality requirements. The integrated wastewater treatment system employs advanced biological treatment processes, integrating removalBOD5, COD, and NH3-N in one, offering stable and reliable technical performance, excellent treatment effects, cost-effective investment, minimal land use, and easy maintenance.
Process Steps of Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment
Pre-treatment Stage - Physical Treatment Stage - Chemical Treatment Stage - Biological Treatment Stage - Deep Treatment Stage
Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment Product Features:
1. Buried below ground level, the surface above the equipment can be used for landscaping or other purposes, without the need for construction or heating/insulation.
2. The second-level biological contact oxidation process uses a plug flow design, offering superior treatment performance compared to complete mix or two-stage series complete mix biological contact oxidation ponds. It also requires less volume than an activated sludge pond, is highly adaptable to water quality, has good shock load resistance, and ensures stable effluent quality without sludge bulking. The pond employs new elastic three-dimensional media, which have a larger surface area, facilitating easy microbial colonization and sloughing. Under the same organic load, these media achieve higher organic removal rates and enhance the solubility of oxygen in water.
3. The biochemical pond utilizes the biological contact oxidation process, with a low volume load of the filling material. Microorganisms are in their own oxidation stage, resulting in minimal sludge production. It only requires one mud discharge every three months (90 days) or more (either by using a feces truck for suction or dewatering into sludge bricks for external transport).
4. The integrated wastewater treatment equipment not only utilizes conventional high-altitude exhaust for odor control but also includes soil deodorization measures.
5. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with an automatic electrical control system and a device fault alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Generally, no dedicated personnel management is required; routine maintenance and care of the equipment are sufficient.
6. All equipment piping is made of PVC or stainless steel pipes, with connections between pipes bonded using PVC adhesive or stainless steel welding. The bio-carrier is a suspended type of biological media, characterized by a large biomass, easy to form biofilm, non-agglomerating, and non-blocking.

Several usage methods for integrated wastewater treatment units:
1. Capable of treating comprehensive domestic wastewater systems and similar organic wastewater.
2. Constructed with fiberglass and stainless steel, it boasts excellent properties such as corrosion resistance and aging resistance, with a service life of over 50 years.
3. The complete set of equipment is easy to install and operate, with all machinery and equipment automated. The entire system can be set up on the ground surface.
