Product Introduction:
We use 1.1mm thick special heat exchange tubes, and T-type threaded heat exchange tubes to increase the heat exchange area. It employs a spray system to spray the liquid refrigerant onto the surface of the heat exchange tubes, where it evaporates, effectively enhancing the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator. At the same time, it avoids the drawback of the full-liquid evaporator requiring a large amount of refrigerant, reducing the operating costs of the unit, and is more conducive to the compressor's oil return.
The throttled and pressurized liquid refrigerant enters the refrigerant distributor through the refrigerant inlet, where it is evenly sprayed onto the heat exchanger tubes. Due to gravity, the liquid refrigerant flows downward, forming a liquid film outside the tubes. This film absorbs the heat from the refrigerant water inside the tubes and evaporates into a gas. Compatible with screw, centrifugal, and magnetic suspension compressors.
