IntroductionThe Hongxing 50STD centrifugal chillers are divided into two series: centrifugal water-cooled chillers and centrifugal water source heat pump chillers. The units come in 14 standard specifications with cooling capacities ranging from 600 RT to 2800 RT, and the chilled water outlet temperature can be as low as 5°C. In addition to standard specifications, we can also customize various non-standard units according to customer requirements. Moreover, our company can produce high-voltage, seawater-source, and other power supply systems.

Engineered features
(1) Two-stage centrifugal compressor, less prone to surge; the system economizer provides inter-stage gas injection to the compressor, increasing cooling capacity by at least 10%. Intelligent detection of surge areas, timely adjustment of speed and IGV, to prevent surge occurrence, ensuring stable and safer operation. Gearbox speed increase drive, smaller impeller volume, lower starting torque of the motor, shorter shutdown time. Integrated motor and compressor, low operating noise, no risk of leakage. The motor is cooled with liquid refrigerant, maintaining low operating temperatures and high efficiency. Utilizes high-strength ball/sleeve bearings, capable of withstanding sudden stops of the compressor.
(2) Utilizes an independent return oil system (suction pump return oil) to ensure timely return oil under any load conditions. The unit is equipped with an oil cooler, cooled by refrigerant, for safety and reliability. The oil pump is integrated within the compressor oil sump, eliminating the risk of oil pump leakage.
(3) Utilizes our self-developed and manufactured high-efficiency spray-type heat exchangers, coupled with precise liquid level control technology to ensure the evaporator operates at peak heat exchange efficiency. The condenser employs droplet separation technology for high-efficiency and thorough heat exchange in the condensing tubes. Achieves an impressive COP value of 6.3.
(4) Features independently developed heat recovery technology. Utilizes our proprietary heat recovery unit to reclaim waste heat generated during the refrigeration process. This means we can provide chilled water while also supplying a substantial amount of hot water at no extra cost.
(5) Utilizes the globally mainstream environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a, which boasts excellent overall performance with an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of 0.
