Introduction50STD Water-Cooled Magnetic Suspension Chiller Units, divided into two series: Magnetic Suspension Centrifugal Water-Cooled Chiller Units and Magnetic Suspension Centrifugal Air-Cooled Chiller Units. The units come in 8 standard specifications with cooling capacities ranging from 559 to 7800 kW, and the chilled water outlet temperature is 5°C. In addition to standard specifications, customized non-standard units can be produced according to customer requirements. Moreover, our company can also produce marine source and other power supply system products.

Engineered features
(1) Two-stage centrifugal compressor, the system economizer provides inter-stage gas injection to the compressor, boosting cooling capacity by at least 10%. Intelligent detection of surge area, timely adjustment of speed and IGV to prevent surge occurrence, making it more stable and safer than conventional centrifugal chillers.
(2) High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor with refrigerant cooling, efficiency up to 97%. Equipped with a soft starter, the starting current is only 2A, with no impact on the power grid.
(3) Utilizes self-developed and manufactured high-efficiency heat exchangers, while employing an electronic expansion valve with a level sensor to control the liquid level, ensuring the evaporator remains in a high-efficiency heat exchange state. IPLV reaches 10.7, and the part-load COP value exceeds 13.
(4) Magnetic levitation bearings, reducing energy consumption by 10%. The system is oil-free, minimizing heat exchanger heat exchange losses, enhancing heat exchanger performance, eliminating complex oil circuit systems, and simplifying maintenance.
(5) Features independently developed heat recovery technology. Utilizes heat recovery units to reclaim waste heat generated during the refrigeration process. Thus, while providing chilled water, it also supplies a substantial amount of hot water at no additional cost.
(6) Utilizes the globally mainstream eco-friendly refrigerant R134a, boasting excellent overall performance with an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of 0.
