The units come in 14 standard specifications with cooling capacities ranging from 600 RT to 2800 RT, and the chilled water outlet temperature is as low as 5°C. The hot water outlet temperature is 50 degrees. In addition to standard specifications, we can also customize various non-standard units according to customer requirements. Engineered features:
(1) Water source heat pump systems can both cool and heat, serving multiple purposes: one system can replace the original two systems of a boiler and air conditioning; this not only saves a significant amount of energy but also reduces the initial investment in equipment.
(2) Twin-screw centrifugal compressor, less prone to surge; system economizer for inter-stage charging of the compressor, refrigeration capacity increased by at least 10%. Intelligent surge area detection, timely adjustment of speed and IGV to prevent surge occurrence, for more stable and safer operation. Gearbox speed increase drive, smaller impeller volume, lower motor starting torque, shorter shutdown time. Integrated motor and compressor, low operating noise, no leakage risk. Motor cooled with liquid refrigerant, low operating temperature, high efficiency. High-strength ball/spherical roller bearings used, capable of withstanding sudden compressor shutdown.
(3) Utilizes an independent return oil system (suction pump return oil) to ensure timely return oil under any load conditions. The unit is equipped with an internal oil cooler, cooled by refrigerant for safety and reliability. The oil pump is integrated within the compressor oil sump, eliminating the risk of oil pump leakage.
(4) Utilizes self-developed and produced high-efficiency spray-type heat exchangers, while employing high-precision level control technology to ensure the evaporator is always in a high-efficiency heat exchange state. The condenser uses droplet separation technology to guarantee high-efficiency and thorough heat exchange in the condensing tubes. COP value reaches up to 6.3.
(5) Features independently developed heat recovery technology. Utilizes our proprietary heat recovery unit to reclaim waste heat generated during the refrigeration process. This means, while providing chilled water, we can also supply a substantial amount of hot water at no extra cost.
(6) Utilizes the globally mainstream environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a, which boasts excellent overall performance with an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of 0.
